Tammany Veterinary Hospital has been serving the Bitterroot Valley since 2002, treating the horses, cattle, and small ruminants of Western Montana. Tammany Veterinary Hospital is located in Corvallis, Montana, the heart of the Bitterroot Valley.

Tammany Veterinary Hospital is an all-service facility treating the whole animal. We have an ultrasound, digital radiology, an in-house lab, and spacious treatment rooms as well as a barn and outside stalls. We use computerized records to have your animal’s medical history at our fingertips and can quickly send radiographs digitally to you, your farrier, or for a consult with another veterinarian.

We take appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. The veterinarians of Tammany Veterinary Hospital are always available for emergencies. Our staff is courteous and cares deeply about our patients and you, the owner. Our veterinary support staff will do whatever they can to make your appointment as pleasant as possible.

Our veterinarians are happy to provide further education for the Bitterroot Valley and to speak at any of your local meetings on the topic of your choice. Please contact the office to schedule a presentation for your group.

We moved into a new hospital in 2016 to better serve our clients, patients, and employees. Just drive up to our convenient drive-up window on the south side of the hospital to check-in. Park and unload behind the hospital. We have an automatic gate on the north side of the hospital to exit. You don’t have to turn around or back your trailer up! We have a spacious lobby for the unlikely event you have to wait or if you want to relax while we take care of your animal.

Or, if you prefer, we can come to your farm with one of our fully stocked trucks.

Summer is the busiest season for equestrian activities. Please schedule appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. During this time of year, same-day and same-week appointments are rarely available. 
If you will be traveling, remember you will need an up-to-date health certificate and coggins test. Coggins tests must be sent to an outside laboratory and can take up to 1 week to get results. Please plan accordingly.
